1. Using Intube Media

Intube Media is a streaming service operated by Intube Media / Bainsla Music. By creating an account or watching content you agree to these terms.

You must be 13 years or older, or use the service under a parent or guardian's supervision.

2. Accounts & devices

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

The number of simultaneous devices depends on your plan. You can manage devices from your account.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans renew for the period shown at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Refunds are handled case-by-case for failed or duplicate transactions.

4. Content & licence

All movies, series, music and artwork are owned by Intube Media or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to stream content for private, non-commercial use.

Recording, redistributing, or publicly exhibiting content is prohibited.

5. Changes

We may update these terms and the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
